How do i put torrent downloaded games onto my psp?

Can someone please help me here im struggling . I have just downloaded virtua tennis 3 and pro evo 6 form bit download and i need to know how to put them onto my psp for me to play it will be appreciated for some help. post back or add me on msn @ [email protected]
