change icon functions?

ok, so i would like to make my unused icons in my XMb boot things like homebrew.
for example, make like network update boot an eboot.pbp

Usually you can overwrite the normal function with any prx designed to be run from the XMB. There are prxes (lol) to run eboots and there's one somewhere that boots recovery mode from XMB.

ok, so how would one make one of these?
i want to like make my network update go to my eboot which does recovery menu
and i want to make like my camera go to another homebrew.

i go tthe network update=reboot (meaning easy recovery menu open)
but i want to launch an eboot from my location free n such
