Looking for a Popsloader Tutorial

Hi, im just wondering if there is a well written popsloader tutorial available. I need popsloader to run tomb raider 2 on my 3.40 OE-A psp by using the 3.03 pops. Please get back to me asap.

I had trouble finding one too....I'm not to great at going round massive sites like this one so I googled one and got one.
