Need help in Theme Manager

I am trying to install the Wii Theme for my 3.40OE-A PSP. So I got the Theme Manager(newest version.) to install it. However after the Backup screen I get a error that reads.. Cannot find topmenu_plugin.rco
Where do I get this plugin? Is there a better, easier way to install the theme? And yes I read the readme.

Ok. I got the program working, but when I want to install the CXMB and the other plugin in the menu my PSP gets a semi-brick and when I want to install the glass icons I get a message that says remove Japanese fonts? WTF!

It's at 3.40 OE. Ok now I have a new problem. Themes work perfectly! Except the one I wanted. The WiiToo one. The problem is in the topmenu_plugin.rco file. I doesn't show up the XMB icons!
