Tenchi no Mon demo disc. Comes with every issue of Famitsu PSP Vol 2. The game comes sealed in its own plastic PSP game box. I have heard word it comes with a manual as well.

I wonder if it requires a firmware update to run, and if so to what version?
I figure it would probably need an update to 1.5, but I really hope it doesn't.
