its not to really easy port a single game itself because theres tons and tons of user created games using RPG Maker 2000,2003,XP for PC

but is it possible to make an interpreter that'll run the game or games put on a CD?

its not that i'm asking to PORT the games , more so code an interpreter thatwill play them like they made for dc to play sirerra and such games

and you cant directly port a user created game or any game made using the creator software they are "Closed Source" games , mod a single bit of any game file and the game goes wacko

still need the source to "interpreter" it, or a shit load of backward engineering. It been asked many many times before.

Don't know if it'll work, but here's an attempt at getting source code from the game exe's of the PC RPG Maker series (apart from RPG Maker 3D):

All that the link on that Youtube "video" has is a disassembled version of the EXEs and DLLs. There's no usable source code in any of it, especially not anything useful for "porting" it.

Also, since its illegal to distribute that stuff without the appropriate permissions from the company, the link has been removed from the post above.

I have the source of the EXE's and DLL's for the RPGmaker series as enterbrain released the code when they retiered them. Could an interpriter or something to let RPGmaker games play on the wii be made now?
