ranking and rating of emulators

Just wanted a thread where people can put their reviews of any of the emulators. I am new to this scene and I am having trouble determining which is the "best" emulator for each system, wanted to hear other's opinions. For example there are 4 SNES emulators, 2 NES emulators, etc. For each system which emulator is your preferred and why?

Megadrive = PSP genesis Great alls it needs is full screen and the bugs fixed
Snes = UOsnes9x almost perfect except certain games are a tad slow
Gameboy = RIN perfect emulation of the gameboy/colour
