does anyone know about ir codes and where there is english one (if this is illegal asking i will delete the post) its just that i cant find a suitable preofile code from my freeivew, ther packages i download are mainly USA!!!

Huh, there are codes for the USA?? Are we talking about the same thing? IR codes are for TVs, radios etc. there isn't such a thing like region codes.

i meant USA appliances, anways itsa techwood freeview box.... i get back with the model number, im away from home atm.

ok it was a Techwood TWDFV1 but i managed to get an rdf? which i cant use, i renmaed the extension txt and tried to run with universal remote, but it crashes, is there any working ir remote apps that run rdf's? my cfw atm is 3.52m33 ty

Try iR Shell v3.60 (http://dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=69712) with this update (http://dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=70265) installed on top. It's a really great multi-tasking application for the PSP which also lets you use iR remotes.

jxx2005; download this pack (http://dl.qj.net/Pronto-Hex-Code-v1.3-(For-Infra-Red-Feature)-PSP-Homebrew-Applications/pg/12/fid/9993/catid/151). It contains over 2000 remote control files, including 9 for Electrohome.

does anyone know how they make ir rdfs??? because my friend some ircather off dl.qj and maybe i was think the txt file that makes cud help... any suggestions appreciated, i'm wondering... hu knew ir was so tricky.

here the code i hav download (requested by ak :))
i havent found a useful app for it. it actually says goddmand gdb3 but it should work techwood, as my friends goodmans has indentical remote. ps i used universal remote - maybe the code needs work on
