I don't understand PSP VNC. Help!

So from what I understand, it's PSP virtual console. I've been looking for this for quite some time, but... well anyhow, I found it.

I don't get it. It crashes when I start it. I downloaded it from here - http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/1171
I run it and it says "stopping netlib" and then goes back to XMB.

Am I missing something?

The only way I run it is by setting my kernal to 3.52 and putting PSPVNC in my GAME352 folder

make sure you have static ip and thee kernal and folder is right!
