Help!!!

I accedently changed my Wii from the 60hrtz or whatever it was to the bottom on and now i can see nothing. Can someone please tell me exactly how or send me a map of sorts to get back into that bit and change it back to 60hrtz.

Connect your Wii to a T.V. that can support a 60hz signal and change it back to 50hz, it's not as easy as getting someone to map out where you need to go to change it back as its not as simple as pressing buttons with the Wii-Remote as you need to actually find the area to point at (blindly in your case).
