iR RDF Codes for iR Shell

Hey everyone

ive been looking around for iR Shell codes.
as most people know the codes are in a .rdf file type.
i havent been able to find any of these codes. the unoffical iR Shell forum is no help to me along w/ remote central. does anyone know were these codes are? im looking for a RDF for my Verizon Cable boxes.

I've tried the ir commander and universal remotes for psp but can't get them to work worth a crap...
