Please Need Help With Online Gaming

Ok.

I have bought madden 08 and recently made a new ea sports account. It is all set up but everytime i try to play is says "Before you begin playing online you must validate your account. To validate your account please go to account setup. Visiting account setup will disconect you from the network. Selecting back will recuire you to reconnect you to the network."

I have done that many times and the same thing happens.

I would greatly appreciate any help

try creating an account online with your pc, getting it validated then trying it with madden. hope that helps
