1- is there any downgrade/upgrade ...

2- can I play game from the hard disk or there is any program that dose it .. because I heard that is possible...

3- what is the best firmware ..

4- is there any website where can I download ps3 games ..

1. Nope not at this moment in time

2. Nope not possbile

3. None really as they all do the same thing but go with 1.9 to have online features

4. Yes but you cant play them on the PS3 yet

I say stay at the oldest firmware available. PSP Firmware 1.5 didn't have homebrew back then.

The last time someone tried to make homebrew on the PS3 they got persecuted by Sony. I kinda doubt that there is gonna be homebrew on PS3.
