ROFL this list is wack... Supernatural freestyled for over 9 hours, setting the new Guinness World Record = greatest rapper alive, plus his lyrics are really good, you might of not heard of him since hes not really mainstream but he is internationally known.

he rapped for over 9hours in front of a live audience at last years Rock The Bells festival.

I also think Sway is pretty good. One of the best in the UK...He's also one of the few guys from London that are less Grimey. Also you could add Lupe Fiasco to that list, his album is superb.
