Pop up backrounds??

Ok, I'm not sure what the technical term is.....but say you go into your actual game menu>memory stick and open up your list of programs and emulators.... I have seen some actually have like, specific backrounds pop up when you have the program/emulator selected. What is that called and how can I customize my stuff to have that??? :) :) I appreciate the help!:D

if you use a custom firmware.. use this

it will help you edit the eboots to add custom pictures
