i have a psp running 3.40oe-a and i need to upgrade i think to m33 I THINK where and how can i do this i also have a psp running 3.30 sony firmware can i downgrade this now as a while ago i could not if anyone can help please let me know

I not quite sure what you're asking.

If you're looking to downgrade the 3.30 Official Firmware PSP then you can use the 3.40 OE-A PSP to create Pandora's Battery.

If you're looking to upgrade the 3.40 OE-A to a M33 firmware, I'm pretty sure you can do it directly from 3.40 OE-A. PM if you have any other questions.
