Ok this is a lil quick simplistic guide.

The icons are to be used with Sei's tool.
You pick them as the custom logo.
The background only work in some emus right now.
Rin, NesterJ and thats it.
If you want the background to work in the other you need to open up the source and compile the source code with the background as your image.

To get nesterJ and rin's background to work just copy them over to your memory stick in the second date folder. It will be the one without the %

They are easy to use. You don't need to compile anything just make your own ebot.pbp with the pbp unpacker. First, load the eboot.pbp from your /ms1 (or the directory name with the % in it) and extract the files somewhere. Then click new in pbp unpacker and use the .sfo that came from your eboot.pbp and use whatever background and icon you want to make your new eboot.pbp. That's it. It's so easy! Just make sure your sizes, formats and bit depths are correct for what your doing. If you have an .iso of a psp game you can even use any .at3 file that's less than 500k for a sound or music to play when you select that icon in your games menu.

Is there a site where you can get the sound files in AT3 format, or does anyone know of a good coverter?

I was talking about the option menus in the emu's, those require compiling.
