I noticed some editors over in the N64 homebrew section so I figured I would contribute this over here. It is a level editor for New Super Mario Bros so people can completelly recreate the levels themselves, just like with all those old rom hacks of smb1 floating around out there, except now in high quality.
I should have posted my findings here a while ago, but hey, at least you all can start with version 2.2, which already works spectatularly, here:

Getting this up and running is very straightforward and easy, however, for many people it will demand 3 different .OCX files which need to be in your windows/system directory, but probably wont be. Just google them all individually and click on the first of second link that pops up and you can download the files, and it tells you where to put them. Have fun with this excellent tool.
