from what I understand from it, you need a 1.5 psp or a 3.52 m33 psp, right? what If i don't have access to either of those?

downgrade using the 3.50 lumines exploit http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=67048 or use the pandora battery http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=71985&highlight=pandora

Or use another downgrader of some type to get to 1.5

Bassicly you can downgrade using either the pandora (http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=71985&highlight=pandora) or Lumines (http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=67048) exploit.

This will get you to FW 1.5 and then you have to upgrade to 3.52 m33-4 (http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=71705)
