Avoid back door moderating

Just a reminder that people should be using the report button and/or PMing staff if you think a thread needs moderation. Saying things like "This is going to be locked" really doesn't do anything. Its not a big deal, just a heads up, I know I was guilty of such things in my early days here. ;)
