Missing Chinese language font

My friend just got PSP-1006 region 3 Blue. He ask me abt the setting & I couldnt figure it out myself. After set the option to Chn it crashed with error number (98765432). Pretty wicked number tho. Only the 2 Chinese type language, others are fine even in Japanese.

Anyway, this unit bought in HK. How come it missing Chn? My phat black set to Chn (maybe coz i bought it in China). :eek:

I thought sumthin abt DIC folder or fonts? Dunno which one tho coz aint familiar to me.

after I have this same error# message (98765432) the XMB
returns to the savedata menu (f/w 3.40OE-A)
