Bejeweled Game Withdrawn

Today ive been informed by Kojote that he and the Bejeweled coder The Grey Matter were sent emails asking for the game to be taken down.

It seems that the owners of the Bejeweled game are to release a PSP version of the game and that by using the name Bejeweled it will harm sales of the game, also the homebrew game uses ripped graphics and they will need to be took off future releases of the homebrew game if renamed.

add an extra E into the name hehe.. BeeJeweled and add a little buzzing bee into the startup screen graphics... swap the graphics ( if they were ripped ) a tad...

I actually found it awhile ago, when I first replied to this topic back in January. I don't remember the URL, and I don't think it would be completely legal to post the link on here since the game was withdrawn. However, you can find all kinds of stuff on Google.

use a gfx program and shift hue 1% :D or change one pixle. and call it beejoold

It seems that the people who made Bejeweled never actually released a PSP version of their game. Or, if they still plan to, they are taking a hell of a long time to do it.
