It means that the particular user is still connected, but is in-active.

It's because they either goto the last reply without reading the rest, or reply without reading what anyone else wrote.

The purpose of this thread has been made but if anyone still does not understand after what has already been said then I'll explain:

If you see a plus (+) sign beside a user's name in the Currently Active Users section at the bottom of the forum index, it means you have added that user to your buddy list and if it is on your user name, it means you put yourself to it as well.


Time for lockdown folks.
