ISO not showing up in M33

I'm really stuck here, Bleach Heat the Soul 4 iso isn't showing up when I put it in the iso folder no matter how many times I back it up or put it in the game folders, I've Even used someone else's umd to back up but it still isn't working. I was just thinking the only possible reason for it not to be working while every other iso I've put on there does is that I'm now using M33 firmware, more specifically 3.52 M33-4. Any ideas if that's the problem or any solutions...?

You might want to check elsewhere for help on the iso's,it's against the rules here(unless they changed without my knowing).
