I already found him, and took a picture of the photo on his clearance pass (make note of the official watermark in the bottom right corner it bears an area 1-3 clearance code)...

...I was infiltrating information from the U.S. government whilst he was in Seattle, when I was disguised as an official.

lol, if you have a video editor resize the video/audio file to 19.533 and it sounds like an everyday American teenager (I don't think that's too far off from ExcruciationX's real voice) :p
