i cant open any of the kxploit files or vba files PLZ HELP

ever time i try to open up the kxploit file or and other type of emulater file it says windows cannot find it or can not cuz it a zipped folder
PLZ help me if u can thx

if i were u id use a program called SeiPSP it works alot better
