Help anyone????

Hi,
i bought my 7 year old daughter a ds for her birthday in April. The console will now not power up. I saved up 4 ages to buy my daughter this so I'm really hoping someone can help??

i dont know anything about the ds besides use it (i dont own one) but if you bought it new you should be able to return it and get a replacement. if not bring it back to the person you got it from and ask for your money back.

Is the DS pink? The same thing happened to my cousin, but we didn't find an answer. I would go back to where you bought it and trade it back, or send it into Nintendo if it is still under warranty.
