Open Sourced Program to read Hotmail,Yahoo etc on DS

Now i havent found sites with open sources to the programs. But i was wondering if it is possible to make or port a program that allows you to read your emails from such sites like hotmail,yahoo and etc on your DS. I found it interesting that i can use msn and a webrowser. I was searching for an old site that allowed you to read your hotmail messages text based so you can use it on any webrowser i used it for the Sega Dreamcast but cant find it.

Well i have added some sites to some open sourced programs in my first post. I have no clue if they will work as i have no clue what languages the DS understands but i hope that somebody will check this out. As this would be a nifty tool for anyone who goes out on the road and doesnt have a laptop.
