first, i hope this is the right thread cause i dont want any nubs saying its not and it just happens to be allright.

ok, i have two laptops that im deciding on. remember my main focus is for using AutoCADD (Computer Aided Design and Drafting), but i wouldnt mind playing games on the side
i wanna keep it in the 700 - 850 range so if you guys could help that would be uber. yea i said uber, so shut up.

i just need to know what processor is better to use for what im going to use it for. each laptop will have 1gb of ram (although its a bit more expensive, i wouldnt mind spending an extra $50 for the 2gb special on the Core2 one)
1.Core2 Duo processor T5250 (1.5 GHz, 2MB L2 Cache, 667MHz FSB)
2.Turion 64 X2 Dual-Core Mobile Technology TL-60 (2.0 GHz, 512KB+512KB L2 Cache )

thnx in advance if you guys care:thumbup:
which one (for what im using it for)?

Core2Duo is always a better choice, depending on your limit you may want to consider putting a lot into that. It's just more powerful, (Last longer for your money)

A Core2 Duo processor T5250 (1.5 GHz, 2MB L2 Cache, 667MHz FSB) is better lol

The one that has a decent graphics card. If neither of those have it then found one that does. Doing any 3D work will tax the GPU as much as the CPU.
