what kind of legal problems could they have gotten into?

anyway, ill use this opportunity to post this here cause i was the last person to post in the whats wrong thread.
the NDS page doesnt load but the psp does like last time.

They host copyrighted files. They supply people with copyrighted files. That is what is illegal.
