Jordan Neidlinger has updated his paint proggy for the PSP:
Heres whats new:

Simple GUI added
Circle Tool added
Pencil tool now works correctly
Changed background/foreground to match traditional paint apps

A set backround thing would be cool for all of those 1337 circles.
