delphi free version

feel free to move this i wasnt sur what category to post in, my question is does anyone know how to get hold of a free version of delphi for personal use, im at college and were using it in computing, so im looking for something to practice on.
ive looked on the codegear website, but it isnt exactly helpfull and the versions they dont have seem to have no download links anymore.
