I've had the disc scratching problem for quite a while now. I've sent my 360 back 3 times regarding the issue, and I keep getting sent back another unit with a shitty TSST drive that does the same thing. I've heard it's possible to replace the drive with a less sucky Hitachi drive which you can buy online. Anyone have any info about drive swapping?
