Kloplop32 has released a new version of his MoonShell Theme Editing software for Windows.
Heres whats new:
Beta V3:
*Severly optimised RAM-wise
*fixed scrolling graphics glitch
*fixed the file Selected thing with Alpha like the Real Moonshell does.
*replaced the stupid background picture
