(Sorry if we're not allowed to discuss this)

Can anyone give me a link (PM me if your not allowed) to a site which allows you to download GBA Roms for your PSP? I heard the GBA Emulator runs quite slow, if I put the CPU up to 333 will it run faster?

There is no such thing as GBA roms for your PSP. You get the GBA Roms and play them with the GBA emulator. The same roms work on Gamecube, PC, PSP and whatever other systems have a gba emulator.
