Help with downgrade

I have a psp firmware 3.03 that's one of my friends and want to know if there is a way to downgrade it. I haven't been here for a while and tried searching for info on it but haven't found any. Thanks in advance.

You need an unpatched copy of GTA: Liberty City Stories, but here you go.

Thanks I have the game already but my friend took it with his psp so I will try it on his psp tomorrow.
