Question For Cps3

i have been playing cps3 emulator on my pc and i was wondering if there are any tools that i can use to try to port it to psp i am a noob but i do know the basics i was wondering if it was possible cause i have a hell of a lot of time on my hands and i am willing to work on it :confused::confused::confused:

From what I heard there are memory limitations that wouldnt make this happen...Could be wrong (Which I really hope I am)...I would love to see someone ATLEAST take this on! ;)
