I have a 3.03 oe-c fat psp, and I was wondering if I should update, and if I do, what should I update to. If i do update, do I have to down grade first?

No, you can update directly from 3.03 OE-C to 3.52 M33-4.

if i were you i would update to 3.52 m33 here are the files and installing instructions:

dowload files from: http://rapidshare.com/files/69298567/3.52M33update.rar.html

1.Copy the M33CREATOR folder X:/PSP/GAME150

2. Navigate to the game menu on your PSP, and execute "3.52 M33 CREATOR."

3.Once finished, navigate to the game menu again and execute "3.52 M33UPDATE."(you should have your battery fully charged)

4. When finished, follow the on-screen prompt to reboot.

5.(optional(updates))Copy the M33Update folder X:/PSP/GAME150
Navigate to the game menu on your PSP, and execute it.

Copy the M33Update3 folder X:/PSP/GAME150
Navigate to the game menu on your PSP, and execute it.

Copy the M33Update4 folder X:/PSP/GAME150

i was followed the steps above and i have 352 m33-4 and when i go to upgrade it says i need 352m33-3 or higher
what the heck am i to do
