HoD 2 for me. I remember when I first got it with a gun. I got it home played it straight away and I grinned. Just a shame Sega didn't really do anything original with the lightgun genre or release any more compatible games. I always thought some sort of co-op game with one player controllong a vehicle or mech type machine with a second player using the gun.

I do enjoy Sega Rally 2 as well but it's not as much fun.

Once again i have only played one of these at length. Fairly sure i played SR2 at an arcade ages ago, was good but not as good as shooting zombies in the face.

One vote for HoD2

Sega Rally 2 for me. Loved the first one on the Saturn and loved this one on the Dreamcast. It just feels so right when playing, and two player split screen just can't be beaten. I recently bought the pc version of this as well for fiver, doesn't feel as good as the Dreamcast version but it did bring back a lot of good memories.

Sega Rally 2 is a good racing game, but there are better racing games for DC (for my point of view, even VRally 2 is better, and has 4 player support). HoD2 is great! the best light gun game for the DC, the level of modeling, textures, design, special effects (and it runs at constant 60 FPS) is, for my point of view, better than Sega Rally's efforts. My vote goes to HoD2.
