is it possible to download a psp iso file and play it on the psp with an emulator?

You don't need an emulator. But it's illegal and thus not allowed to be discussed on DCEmu. :mad:

People need to learn to read the rules before they post... We get so many people asking how to download games and all this piracy. Piracy is getting really bad now it seems.
