Problems with my CDI file

This is the problem, I tried to play a game which is an CDI file, but it looks like its not working because when I use it it says than there is a mistake and has to close, I'm using nullDC by the way, plz help me I just don;t know what to do, and yes, I'm a newbie on this , but maybe you already know, so if you can help me, cuz I really need your help!plz!!

srr, but I'm still really green with dreamcast, but I want to know, mi file is a CDI file, but so far I have seen that the dreamcast emulators only read iso files, is that true or is there a way to change the forrmat of the games o rwhat?

I'm tring the chankast but, it says that there is no input plugins, but why? I m sure I had them all...

Probably you didn't configure it correctly.

I read a lot of tutorials as I could get, and I think I'm a bit closer to be able to play, or at least thats what I tought, now chankast thinks that the game is an music cd, what should i do? (plz if you have time add me to your mail, so we can talk in a faster way)thanks : )

I have a few ideas:
1. If Chankast detects the game as a music CD, you might be mounting the .cdi file incorrectly. I use Alcohol 120% to mount .iso/.cdi/etc files.
2.The .cdi file you have might not be self booting.
