3.71 M33-3 Popstation help

Hi, I just upgraded to 3.71 M33-3 and I was wondering if anybody could help me get the popstation that came with it up and running. I was using Autopopsation4 beforehand so i really don't know where to begin.

you're gonna need the keys.bin and the base.PBP and a PSX iso.

I have the keys.bin but I don’t know what the base.PBP is
