I downloaded a m4v file and placed it in the correct folder. But how do I watch the file on
my current firmware (3.52 oe a). I tried to encode it to maq but the video and audio was out of sync. Any ideas

i hate wen the video and audio is out of sync.
my idea try to re obtain the file or just use a video converter for psp, one such as pspvideo9
