Can't play Grand Theft Auto LCS UMD

I have 3.71 m33-3, and it appears that I can't play grand theft auto liberty city stories umd.
When I put the disc in, it shows up on the XMB and everything, but when I launch it it says 'Game could not be started'. All my other UMDs work, and LCS isn't damaged in any way.

Try on a different psp, if it works, downgrade or upgrade you firmware. If it doesnt, your umd has problems.

If the problem persists after downgrading after checking on a different psp, then your umd drive may be damaged.
