Havn't actually downloaded it yet, but from what I've read here (http://pspwiki.to/up/) it looks like it's exactly the same as 0.02y28, except he's changed the menu over to Japanese in this n1 version.

about this fro pspupdates, it explains what's (sorta) new


This version is translated into Japanese for all those who are interested, and adding some text to the ROM loading screen. Also a change with Japanese character fonts.

i think that 'n1' stands for nihongo (japanese, the language) version1
just a translation
