After many, MANY hours of trying to figure it out, the answer was rediculously simple.
DONT use magicISO to rip your backup PSX CD into an ISO, instead use (for Example) CloneCD (google it), and transfer it into an IMG file, then use ICETEA to create an EBOOT... ect.
So not really a fix as such, just some advice ;)
I really hope this saves people time as it took me ages to figure it out, and am happy as larry to have Gran Turismo with me wherever I go!!
