Have one phat 3.72 psp, how do i downgrade?

So it seems i will need a second psp that can do homebrew to make the magic memory stick.

I just have my psp and dont know anyone else that has one.

What do i do?

If there is a way to do it with what i have where can i order a battery online?

do i need a second memory stick to be able to do a downgrade in case i some how brick my psp?

- if so can you recomend where i can get a cheep small memory card and a battery at the same place.
