Depends on what type of VGA box you end up buying. Most are similar and at least have a headphone-out. - Congrats on your purchase btw.

Where do you live? They sell for £2.50 (new) on UK eBay. I got one a few weeks ago.

America-California I saw them on ebay pretty cheap and is it true you can easily change their batteries?

You have to unscrew the back to pop in some watch batteries. VMU's are known for having an extremely short battery life though, so I wouldn't bother.

Most VGA boxes have an audio out (I use an XG one) for computer speakers. If you're using an HDTV just hook up a double-ended audio cable.
