Too many files!

I just downloaded Sonic Adventure 2 and there are 43 different files and not in Win Rar format so telling them to compress into a Win rar file wont work cause its still 42 seperate files and they wont form into a CD file cause I don't know how to do that :(
All I know about them is they say Selfboot. Can anybody help me?
