Microsoft has released the Power Cover for the Surface range of tablets.
Previously announced alongside the Surface 2 (http://www.pcr-online.biz/news/read/microsoft-launches-surface-2/031967) in September last year, the Power Cover supports both generations of Microsoft’s tablets.
The cover, which houses a keyboard and battery, can provide up to 70 per cent longer battery life for the tablets, Microsoft says.
The case is available to pre-order in the US now (http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msusa/en_US/pdp/productID.298465700/pgm.87981000) for $200 (£120), with a UK price and release date yet to be announced.
